For in-person meetings at our Welcome Center:

- Check in with our security team when you arrive.
- Make sure to have all documents related to your tax matter with you.
Meeting in person gives you priority access to the next available agent who can assist with your specific tax needs. We aim to see you as close to your chosen appointment time as possible, but please be aware that there might be a short wait.

You can email your question 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by logging into OH|TAX eServices(registration required)and selecting "Send a Message" under "Additional Services". We strive to provide an answer within1-2 business days.

- Where’s My Refund?— You cancheck on the status of your refund 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.You can also check your refund status by calling our automated system at1-800-282-1784. If you submitted yourreturn(s) by mail, your refund status may not be available for a few weeks.
- Electronic Filing Options — OH|TAX is a free, secure electronic portal where you can file returns, make payments, and view additional information regarding your Ohio individual and school district income taxes.
- Ohio Income Tax Forms— Find all individual and school district income tax forms. Many forms have fill-in versions that you can complete online, print and then submit to ODT.
